Dear Parents, What an Awesome God we serve! I am looking forward to the 2012 camping season. Camp is a week-long adventure that produces life-changing results in student’s lives. Camp is filled with fun, excitement, friendship, worship, challenging messages and powerful altar experiences. It’s at camp that most of our missionaries and pastors have received their calling. I want to challenge you to encourage every student to attend camp this summer for this life-changing week. I believe that your students will come back to your church having experienced the presence of God and will exercise the presence of God in their life. General Camp Rules: – Campers are under the authority of the camp staff during their stay at camp. – Campers may not leave the grounds unless:
a. Under supervised camp activities.
b. A written request by a parent/guardian is presented at registration and I.D. presented at the time of pickup. – No visitors during the week. -
Campers are expected to conduct themselves in an appropriate manner at all times and to attend all scheduled functions.
- Due to our telephone limitations and the number of campers we serve, we request that camper calls be made for emergencies only.
Return your registration Fee with the provided registration and medical form. A Pre-registration Fee of $50 (non-transferable and non-refundable) must accompany the application. This is due back to Pastor Keith on May 27th
COST: $185 total cost “Early Bird” $200 if you do not pay before the deadline.
FAMILY DISCOUNT: $25 discount off 2nd or more campers at the same camp, must be immediate family (brother or sister).
