Pastor Tom and Arlene Rakoczy have been leading the Chandler First Assembly congregation since March 13, 2000. Being in the ministry for over 38 years, Pastor Rakoczy has the experience and vision of leading a church into the 21st century. His passion for the Word and compassion for people is felt every time he declares the Word of the Lord. As a visionary, he believes that discipling followers of Christ will impact individuals and families more than anything else he could ever do.
